Services and Eligibility Requirements
Eligibility for services include those who are:
- Single, Widowed, Divorced, or Orphaned or with limited family support
- Reside in Broward or Palm Beach County.
- 18 years or older
- History of a mental health diagnosis or recent event in life circumstances such as the lost of a loved one.
- Able to engage in counseling that can be provided around your schedule to include in-person and/or virtual (Telehealth)
Additional Support and Services Provided Include:
- Notary (Travel Notary). Notary documentation may include: Last wills and testaments, Affidavits, Authorization letters for travel, Grant deeds and quitclaim deeds, Powers of attorney, Financial documents, such as mortgage closing documents, loan documents, property deeds, some types of credit documents, and financial statements.
- Clergy to include performing marriage and funeral services, dedication for infants, and baptism services.
Individual and Family Counseling Services
In-Person or Virtual
Individual and Family counseling services are confidential and flexible to allow for the counselor and individual to form an alliance, relationship rapport and bond through trust and personal growth. In-person meetings are conveniently held at your home, in office, telehealth or desired location. Intake for these services are mandatory and are provided as a separate service.
Life Coaching and Mentoring
In-Person or Virtual
Life Coaching and Mentoring Services at UniCultural Group Services, LLC are thoughtfully tailored to meet the individualized needs of each client and are offered at the discretion of the organization. Life coaching supports individuals seeking personal growth, goal attainment, and enhanced life skills, while mentoring services are designed for professionals pursuing supervision hours or navigating career transitions within the field of social work.
Our mentoring services also extend to agency consultation, including medical record reviews and audit preparation to support organizational compliance and readiness. Sessions are offered both in person—at your home or preferred location—and virtually for added convenience and accessibility.
All life coaching and mentoring services require a mandatory intake and screening process, which is provided as a separate service to ensure appropriate service alignment and quality care.
Comprehensive Psychosocial Assessments
In-Person only
Comprehensive Psychosocial Assessments are completed in-person only. A referral may be needed based on the desired outcome of the assessment. Assessments can typically take up to 3 hours to complete. A detailed list of supporting documentation may be considered for inclusion in the report. Intake and screening for these services are mandatory and are provided as a separate service.

The sharing of information and knowledge is the foundation of UniCultural Group Services, LLC. Topics covered include mental health and wellness, mediation, and self-improvement. Community Support Groups
and Social Outings
In-Person or Virtual
Community support groups are individuals who share a common interest and in a similar phase of life. Groups are facilitated by UniCultural Group Services, LLC. and structured toward creating social connections and shared experiences. During these meetings, members are able to contribute their unique perspectives, practical advice and coping skills for others. Groups may be hosted in-person, virtually or a combination of the two. Group also articpiate in community events which are held once a month in with various locations throughout Broward and Palm Beach county.
